Helen, a founding member of made -it.org, is a designer/maker of hand tufted rugs and knows all too well how difficult it is starting out and maintaining momentum when things get busy and products are in demand. Whether its textiles, furniture, jewellery, or ceramics, the design and make process can be lengthy - leaving little time for designers to think ahead to their next sale.

made -it.org's vision is to give designers a helping hand. We combine our own backgrounds in contemporary crafts, customer service, sales and marketing to promote awareness and sales for makers through an online shop, craft events and helping to arrange commission work. Our job is to ensure they have time to do what they're best at - designing and making lovely products for everybody, including you, to enjoy and cherish.
